What forms of payment does Interlight accept?

Master Card, Visa, American Express, Discover, Bank Transfer (wire) & Paypal (upon request) are accepted. Orders may be prepaid by certified check, money order or check; a $30 fee for all returned checks. Net 30-day accounts available for well-rated firms; please call for details.

What is Interlight’s return policy?

All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase with the invoice. (After 30 days, Interlight credit only, Minimum 25% restocking fee, no returns after 60 days, special items order just for you are not returnable.)

In order preserve the quality of our services & low pricing we will not accept returns not in original unblemished packaging and in original condition.

What if my package arrived damaged?

If your shipment was sent by UPS, FEDEX or another parcel carrier:

  • Place the damaged item, along with packing material, inside the shipping box.
  • Phone us within 48 hours.

If your shipment was sent by freight broker:

  • Have the driver sign for the damage.
  • Contact the trucking company immediately. They will reimburse your for the damage. If any complications call us at 800-743-0005
Does Interlight ship internationally?

Yes, Interlight ships products to customers all over the world from Greenland to Australia to Saudi Arabia. International shipping rates are based on shipping destination. How do I know if an item is in stock?

Interlight offers real time stock updates on our web site. Items will say whether they are in stock or expected to receive. If an item says it is expected to receive and you need it as soon as possible, call our office and one of our lighting specialist will assist you.

Does Interlight offer same day shipping?

Yes, if order is placed by 4:30 P.M. C. T. and the item is in stock.

Yes, Interlight can drop ship blind to your customers.

What should I do if I have a defective bulb?

Return within 30 days of purchase to receive credit. No authorization needed. Include copy of invoice. No credit can be issued unless you return the product. Credit/Replacement is the sole remedy.
